Medicine Created With You In Mind

Throughout most of our lives we are told that each person is unique and special. We learn that what works for one person does not necessarily for another, so why do we try to make the same medication work for thousands of patients? Each person is truly unique in the way they tolerate and react to medications and we recognize this. For that reason we are providing a service to our customers called Compounding. We will develop a medication, working in collaboration with your provider, which will be tailored to your needs.

What is compounding?
Is it for me?

Compounding is the process of taking various ingredients and combining them to create a unique medication for a patient. Dating back to the earliest days of pharmacies, pharmacist would have to mix up each medication as the patient came into the store. Today, many pharmacists have realized the need to utilize this trade within their stores. Our specially trained staff can be seen on any given day creating a new cream, lotion, suppository, capsule, or more right in front of your eyes. Is there any better quality control than being able to see who is making your medication and where? Speak with your provider or one of our staff members today if you would like to learn more.

Compounding is for everyone. For our patients who cannot swallow a pill or tablet, have allergies to dyes, or traditional medication simply isn't working properly, compounding could be an option for you. We can create lotions, creams, suppositories, liquid suspensions, capsules and more to meet your needs. So, before you think all hope is lost ask about how compounding may help a problem you are facing. We will work with you and your provider to ensure we develop the best possible plan.

What our customers say about compounds!

“I have had chronic lower back pain from an injury sustained a while back. My doctors had prescribed some pain medications that worked initially, but eventually lost their effect. Dr. Cline discussed trying a compounded medication and I agreed to give it a try. The compound worked 100% better and I would highly recommend to any one with pain to try it. Since using this compound I have been able to stop using pain patches and still have the relief I am looking for. This compound has improved my quality of life, I feel like I want to go out and do more. McCann’s staff are the nicest people and very helpful when I come to them with problems.”
